All packages are shipped via priority mail.

In general, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for return. However, if your package is not delivered due to an error by the Post Office, or if the product is damaged upon arrival, we will replace or refund the purchase as appropriate.

Currently, we only ship hemp products within legal US states. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to include international destinations in the future, based on changes in international laws. Please be aware of international laws and local state laws regarding hemp cannabis and use responsibly.

We strive to ship all orders on the same day they are placed, or by the next business day if the product is in stock. Shipping is not available on weekends, but may be offered on other days as noted. Please note that any estimated delivery times provided by us or our shipping partners are only estimates, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Orders are processed during business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm local time), and deliveries are not made on weekends, holidays, or public holidays. If an order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate parcels and you will receive shipment tracking information for each parcel.
